Kathy was honored to be interviewed by Clifton at 2025 Lake Nona conference. This world- renowned conference brings together the best minds in health and human performance. Kathy’s interview focused on the need for collaboration and leadership across cancers. Specifically, the interview focused on Kathy’s leadership roles at both the MMRF and the HBS Kraft Initiative. Kathy was honored to accept the organization’s Adversity to Impact Award.

Johnson and Johnson, All Hands Meeting
Johnson and Johnson has developed an extraordinary pipeline of cancer therapies. Kathy was thrilled to join the company’s nearly -1000-member oncology team to learn more about their 2025 goals and to share her perspective as a patient, caregiver, business leader and healthcare disruptor. Speaking with the Head of the Multiple Myeloma program, it was her goal to inspire this dedicated group to continue working urgently until a cure is found.

PJT Partners Women’s Forum on Modern Leadership
The PJT conference brings together an extraordinary group of female leaders who have approached business and life in innovative ways. Kathy shared her perspective on the leadership skills and resilience needed to evolve in the fast- changing space of oncology. Most importantly, Kathy was able to provide insights into how adversity can force women to think through their needs and wants and build the best lives for themselves and their families.

The Personalized Medicine Coalition (PMC) is a phenomenal organization focused on advancing efforts in individual care whether it’s from a prevention, early- detection or treatment perspective.
